We believe personal development should be about growing as people holistically, and not just for a professional end goal. We want to create an environment where you can and want to do your best work - we know we can't achieve that without putting a big emphasis on personal development.

To set you up for success, we have multiple tools that we weave together in how we think about personal development. All of these tools combine together to foster a culture with growth at its heart.

At a very high level, everyone at Charlie has monthly 1-1s with their Manager to check-in how they're feeling generally, their career development and share two-way feedback.

After your probation, you'll also work with your Manager to create a PDP (personal development plan) that will document the areas you're working on.

You'll update this as you grow and progress to make sure you're always focusing on the highest impact areas, and it will form part of your 1-1 discussions.
